These industries produce large amounts of waste from various cutting, trimming and production processes. Mechon have developed a range of waste extraction system designs that can be individually tailored to the needs of each customer to manage that waste, transport it to storage, baling and compaction plant for recycling or disposal whilst simultaneously managing the potential for explosion from the dust that is produced in these processes and plants.
Using chopper fans and separators in conjunction with our expertise in high velocity air movement and materials handling by air we are able to design bespoke solutions to enable our customers to continue to run their facilities at full output whilst the reducing risks associated with poor waste management – in fact a good waste extraction systems often allows our customers to generate an income from the waste paper that is sent for recycling.
